A critique of, and response to what has been established without critical foresight.

let's add a member!

I've talked to a few of you about this already, but here it is out in the open and for everyone to agree or disagree on.
I think Matt Peacock should be added to ΔSTIGMA at this stage. I think Matt is just as enthusiastic about all the things we have discussed so far. Beyond the fact that he is my friend, i consider Peacock to be an outside of the box thinker and a very informed person. I would hate for us all to miss out on the ideas he can bring forth as ΔSTIGMA evolves.

Please comment. Include yes or no.

I agree with Eric on this one. Peacock would add alot of excitment and energy to the group. We are at a point where we could easily add another member. And I guess the real deciding factor for me is whether or not a person is as excited about design issues as we are- I think Matt is. I also think we need to wait until everyone has posted their thoughts about the issue and see how many people are for or against.

See you Saturday morning.

I think inviting Peacock to be involved is a good idea. This collaborative is still very undeveloped and inviting someone else could really help push and develop what we want to pursue or how we go about achieving it. While I believe that Peacock might not stay involved or continue to communicate and keep in touch with people in the future, I do think he could offer alot now and would definetly fit in with the fun and excitement that we are all having now.

As I said earlier I think yes on Peacock, but I share Eric's, concern. The effects of geography and communication over time will be the real test of everyones involvement.
